2020 Gathering Registration

Borderlands ~ 8th Global Gathering of Wilderness Guides - May 31-June 6, 2020 Registraion Process


The registration process is a two-step process. Everyone attending must both register and make payment, which are two separate links. Please click on the Register link below, and click on the correct Payment link for the type of lodging you are selecting.

Prices below are per person and include gathering fees, lodging and meals. If you are selecting the in-door lodging, we will be in touch with the remaining available lodging options. When you register for a shared in-door space, please indicate others you would like to room with.

For any type of lodging if you are paying only the $150 deposit now, click on the Deposit Link. Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are due by May 18, 2020. If you are paying in full now, click on the corresponding link that specifies your member status and lodging selection. Prices below are listed in USD.

Deposit for All Registrations $150

Camping: $400 Per Person

Open Air Deck: Cot on Outdoor Deck = $425

Indoor Lodging: 7 - 8 Single Beds Per Room = $450

Indoor Lodging: 5 - 6 Single Beds Per Room = $475

Indoor Lodging: 1 - 3 Beds Per Room = $500

Scholarship Help to Attend
For many wilderness guides, following your passion in this work doesn’t always translate to making large sums of money. Please fill out our scholarship appliaction form if you have a longing to come to the gathering but might need some financial assistance. Scholarship Application Form
